g. DESCRIPTION: Caller states that on 12/2/2024, a sheen was discovered near their commercial passenger vessel. The sheen, measuring approximately 3 1/2 feet by 100 feet, was observed next to the vessel while it was at the berth. Mechanics conducted tests to determine if the release originated from their vessel, but the source of the release remains unknown. The release has been stopped but not contained, with waterways impacted (San Francisco Bay).
