Orignal Description:Per the reporting party, due to a mechanical a pole mounted transformer malfunction causing the release of approx 8 gallons of mineral oil onto asphalt, concrete, shrubbery, wooden fence, and garbage cans. The release is stopped and contained. No waterways haven been impacted and a contractor is handling the cleanup. | ||||||
