DESCRIPTION: Customer dumped wet latex paint into a waste container, the waste management truck picked up the container to empty, when the load was compacted, the latex paint was released onto a parking lots asphalt and trailed from there approx a quarter of a mile on Eastbound Highway 32. Contractor en route for clean up, estimated time of clean up is 1450 hours. No waterways impacted.
