g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a business had their roof painted, and the paint was not dry. As a result, the paint washed off into the road impacting a storm drain. The storm drain has been blocked off, and the paint is being diverted into a collection pool made with dirt berms. They connected fire hose to the drainage which is diverting the paint into the collection pool. There is a road closure on Smith Lane and Banks Street which is where the paint is draining off of the building. Contractors are being contacted.
