g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at approximately 1745 this evening, there was a blockage caused by roots in an 8-inch clay (VCP) sewer gravity main pipe. The overflow occurred at a manhole near the listed address. The overflow was stopped at 1905 hours. The release is contained. The spill impacted the street, a storm drain, and a neighborhood open space. City of Lincoln personnel cleared the blockage and performed clean-up. The clean-up is currently underway. They are utilizing a vacuum truck, water and disinfectant to clean the release.
