DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : He has been advised by his Dispatch that there is a unknown type vehicle (possibly a small sedan) that is in a marsh area at China Camp State Park and there is a sheen around it (unknown size, unknown color). The vehicle crashed at this location at 2300 hours last night. It is unknown if anyone was injured in the accident or how many occupants were in the vehicle. The San Rafael Fire Department responded to the scene, it is unknown if any Law Enforcement responded. The reporting party is in route to the scene and will call back to provide an update. The vehicle that crashed is still on scene; the Reporting Party will be arranging to have the vehicle towed.
