Orignal Description:Per the NRC Report : "The caller stated that an unknown amount of an oily water released into San Diego Bay from a boat yard at the location. The cause of
the release was a condensation bucket at the property that got jostled. The amount of material that released is unknown to the caller, however they suspect (8-10) gallons may a have released." A rainbow sheen approximately 30 feet X 2 feet was visible in the water. Remedial Action : The source of the release has been identified and secured and a clean up of the affected area is being conducted.
