g. DESCRIPTION: A debris box (open bin) toppled off a loading truck due to the incline of the terrain. Upon falling, it collided with the saddle tank of the truck, resulting in a puncture and a spill of diesel fuel onto the ground. No fires or injuries were reported. An environmental specialist responded to the site and conducted the cleanup operation.
