g. DESCRIPTION: The engine coolant reservoir of a delivery truck failed while the vehicle was on company property. This led to approximately five gallons of coolant leaking onto the parking lot asphalt. Additionally, an unspecified quantity of the coolant entered an off-site storm drain. In response, company personnel addressed the situation by applying absorbents to contain the spill and requested the assistance of an environmental specialist for a comprehensive cleanup.
