g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A fork lift operator punctured a 55 gallon drum causing the release of material onto the concrete beneath the drum located outside a warehouse. The release has been stopped; no waterways are affected. Crew on site is in the process of initiating the clean up of the material and a contractor has also been contacted and is in route.
