g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, the Redlands Fire Department responded to a fuel spill at approximately 0148 in the morning. A Postal Service contractor tractor trailer truck punctured its saddle tank on the roadway when an unknown object damaged the tank causing the release of fuel onto the concrete gutter. No waterways were impacted. Redlands Fire Department personnel placed a plastic basin under the saddle tank and used plug and dike to seal the puncture. The contractor Transportation Claims Services is enroute to perform clean up..
