Orignal Description:Per reporting party, a neighbor is releasing an unknown amount of sewage that is impacting the reporting parties residence. No waterways are currently being impacted at this time. This is an on going issue and no clean up or containment has been conducted at this time.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per the reporting pary the sewage release is still ongoing. There is a strong odor and the ground is saturated with sewage that when the rp went to move his truck it started to sink into the ground. He stated that he has horses and he cant let them eat the vegetation because of the sewage and he had to take a dog to the vet due to this on going event.
