Orignal Description:RP states that less than 5 bbls of crude oil and produced water mixture in Symric oil field at 36W area, due to possible seep. The RP personnel currently investigating at this time.
Update(s): 08/21/2019 11:30:11 PM - PER NRC REPORT " CALLER STATED DUE TO UNKNOWN CAUSES THERE IS A SEEP OF A CRUDE OIL AND PRODUCED WATER MIXTURE AT THE INCIDENT LOCATION. CALLER STATED THEY ARE CONTAINING THE AREA. THE RELEASE IS ONGOING."

; 08/22/2019 12:42:51 AM - Caller states the correct spelling is "Cymric". The release is ongoing and has not been stopped.
