g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: A trespasser was on the tracks with their dog and was struck by a freight train (MRVEP of the 1st ) resulting in injuries to the lower body. This was at a crossing but it is unknown if the arms or bells were on. There was no hazmat, no derailment or waterways impacted.
