g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A surge tank rupture disk failed at a pump station due to a mechanical issue causing the release. The release was stopped at approximately 0445. Maintenance crews are on scene securing the pumps and valves. The sewage released onto Hollister Road; with in approximately an hour it may possibly reach the Tijuana Estuary. Contractors are being contacted to respond with vactor trucks to begin clean up of the material. Hollister Road is temporarily closed down in front of the pump station. Reporting party will call back with final amount of the release and whether it has made it to the Tijuana Estuary.
