g. DESCRIPTION: There is oil leaking from a vehicle in the street. The owner of the vehicle has moved the vehicle several times creating four separate sheen areas. Absorbents have been applied from an unknown source, however the vehicle owner continues to move the vehicle creating additional sheens. Vehicle is a large black truck with car parts in the bed of the truck. RP stated he contacted the LA County Fire and was told they do not handle oil spills from vehicles.
