g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting Party states a vehicle collision knocked over a power pole, causing two transformers to hit the ground. The spill was localized to the roadway, no waterways impacted. Reporting Party replaced the power poles and transformers. A contractor provided clean-up.

NRC: Caller states a vehicle struck a utility pole causing a transformer to fall to the ground and release 50 gallons of a Non-PCB transformer oil. The suspected responsible party that caused the release is not known.

Remedial Actions: Clean-up complete, contractor has been hired.
