g. DESCRIPTION: A leak in an anhydrous ammonia transfer pipeline occurred inside an industrial gas facility, leading to a release within the building. Technicians responded, shutting off the control valve to stop the release. Personnel were evacuated from the immediate area, and the building was ventilated. A gas specialist has been contacted to assist with repairs. The facility remains operational.
