g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : There was single vehicle traffic collision involving a semi truck (see confidential for additional) where one of it's tank trailers overturned. The truck was hauling UAN-32 liquid fertizler. Approximately 75 gallons spilled onto the roadway as well as the soil on side of the road; no waterways were affected. California Highway Patrol (CHP), County Roads, and Kings County Fire Department responded. The spill has been contained and remaining contents of tank trailer are being pumped into another tank trailer. One person was injuried and the west bound lane of Kansas Ave has been temporarily closed. A contractor is being contacted to handle additional clean up on roadway.
