g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, the storm surge triggered a sewage release at a rate of approximately 5 gallons per minute. Despite the presence of a storm surge pumper truck on-site attempting to mitigate the sewage overflow, it proved ineffective, resulting in sewage spilling out from a manhole. The released sewage is flowing into a storm drain that leads to Cash Creek. No drinking water sources are affected at this time.
