g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: Caller received report from 311 at 1041 hours regarding a release of sewage at the incident location. Caller dispatched personnel to investigate who then discovered sewage being released out of a manhole and into a nearby concrete storm basin. There is potential that material entered a nearby river which is believed to be the Santa Ana River. The flow has been stopped and the sewage has been confined within the storm catch basin. Reporting party's personnel are on scene conducting cleanup of the material.
