g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a 1/2 inch service line was broken when it was struck by a homeowner with a backhoe. The release began at 0921, and it was brought under control at 0925. Southwest Gas personnel have already completed the repairs. The released natural gas was unrecoverable into the atmosphere.
