g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: The driver of semi noticed a leak coming from his trailer, pulled over and discovered the tank had been punctured with a metal object from the road. It caused a release of less than 4 gallons of diesel on to the roadway and some went into a nearby storm drain.
