DESCRIPTION: An orphan oil well head flange is leaking causing the release, material is slowly flowing directly into the atmosphere, this was discovered during a flir camera inspection, RP personnel are on scene and will start mitigation tomorrow, the site is surrounded by fencing and does not pose an immediate risk, RP is handling the containment and no clean up required.
