g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A failure occurred on an 8 inch valve at oil well 28-35B causing a release of 10 barrels of an oil / water mixture. Caller states that it is 99% water and 1% oil, however no exact amount has been determined. This material released into a dry blue line creek bed. No rain is anticipated and the material will be collected. Contractor (Ally) has been notified and will be conducting official cleanup.
