Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party: Along a pipeline that leads from a tank farm facility to an injection well located underground a leak was discovered this morning releasing produced water. The release has been stopped. The material impacted a roadway, went into a gutter and down a storm drain. It is unknown where the storm drain leads. It is unknown what caused the injection well to leak; an investigation is underway. Patriot Environmental is being notified to respond for clean up. Crews are on scene to work on repairs. The produced water has been through a cleaning process and per the Reporting Party is "fairly clean". The released produced water is clear with a slight odor. The Fire Department also responded to the scene and was met by employees.

Per the NRC Report: "Caller is reporting the discharge of produced water from an underground pipeline. The material came up to the surface and into a storm drain. The cause of the discharge is unknown at this time." Remedial Actions: "Maintenance is enroute and a clean up crew is enroute. Pipeline was shut in." Release Secured : "Yes"
