Orignal Description:Per reporting party, equipment failure to a pad mounted transformer caused a release of 1 gallon of oil. Release has been stopped and contained with no waterways being impacted. Contractors are en route for clean up. | ||||||

Per reporting party, the release came out to be 12 ppm. The release was cleaned up by the reporting party by a triple rinse and washed. The material was placed in a container and stored at eureka service center. It will be disposed of properly and characterized appropriately. | |
