DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: Due to a blockage of paper products and roots, a sewage line was blocked causing a release through a manhole cover that went out onto a dirt swale next to the road. The material pooled up at this location and did not affect any waterways or storm drains. The blockage has been broken up effectively stopping the release. The product that did surface and pool onto the dirt swale will be recovered and returned to the system by Calaveras County Water District.
