g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A resident dumped engine oil into their trash can and when garbage was collected, emptied into the garbage truck. This caused the oil to release onto the road over the span of a block. Upon discovery, personnel applied absorbents on all affected areas and a sweeper will make passes to ensure cleanup.
