g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party : RP was performing a site visit and discovered a fuel spill on the soil underneath a fuel trailer. A strong odor was smelled making the RP believe it was diesel. A small drip was observed on the side of tank but the PR was unsure of what it was. There was evidence of a spill kit being used on seen. A 10x20 area of the ground looked wet and saturated. At this time the spill is not stopped or contained. No waterways have been impacted. Clean up is unknown at this time. Cause of this release is still under investigation.
