g. DESCRIPTION: Unknown substance (possibly oil) seeping from multiple holes in the ground near a creek causing the release to run into the creek. The creek is a seasonal creek that runs to Sapaque Creek a tributary of a blue line to the Nasimiento River. This release is coming from a neighbors property, running onto the reporting parties property and into the seasonal creek that is currently runningwith water and an oily sheen can be seenin the water. Homeowner is concerned that the drinking water wells for local residents are being affected by this release.
