Orignal Description:Per reporting party, could not verify if it made it passed the storm drain but will walk down the line to verify how far the release has gone.

Per NRC“Caller states 10-15 gallons of engine coolant was released from a tractor trailer truck onto the concrete and approx. 1 gallon made it into the storm drain. The coolant line burst causing the release.”
