g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at the CHP Grapevine Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility during a routine vehicle inspection, on the rear of a trailer by the axle under the trailer there was a loose connection. This lead to the release of approximately 10 drops of the listed material. The release impacted the concrete floor in the inspection bay. The leak was corrected by tightening the connection with a crescent wrench. The vehicle was a Hazmat transport company's vehicle. The driver cleaned the spill with absorbent pads and disposed of the material in a Hazmat container to be transported back to his home base. The inspection bay was temporarily evacuated to ventilate and clean the facility. Kern County Fire Department responded and declared the area safe.
