DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, A witness observed a collision between two semi-trucks, resulting in the release of approximately 20 gallons of engine oil onto O'Byrnes Bridge, with some of it spilling into Lake Tulloch. There are no reported injuries. While the spill has been stopped, it has not yet been contained. The cleanup is unknown at this time.
