DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: There were some loose screws on an injection valve attached to a compressor located in a machinery room that were causing the material to release into machinery room. Employees were alerted to the release by a sensor alarm activation; exterior doors leading outside were opened, the material vented outside and fire department was contacted to respond. The release began at approximately 1530 hours on 10/27/24 and was stopped around 2030 hours on 10/27/24. Technicians have completed repairs on the unit. The released material is unrecoverable. The fire department evacuated all employees (8) and customers (approximately 15) from the store; the store was then closed for business. The evacuations were lifted last night around 2030 hours and store has re-opened today. The County Health Department also responded to the scene. There were no reported injuries associated with this incident.
