DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, So Cal Edison turned off power and during this time an emergency generator was left on and the supply tank was evacuated onto the concrete which then made impacts into a storm drain. Release has been stopped. Reporting party conducted clean up with efforts to recover release from the storm drain.
