g. DESCRIPTION: The Sacramento Area Sewer District responded to a call for service at the listed residence. On arrival, technicians identified the source of the release as a private lateral and not their responsibility. In addition, the sewage was observed entering a storm drain that leads to the American River. The findings were reported to the Sacramento County Environmental Management Department for follow-up.
