DESCRIPTION: Rp states, due to the collection of a vehicle, approximately 15 gallons of coolant were inadvertently released onto the asphalt and concrete, eventually flowing into a nearby storm drain. The contractor promptly responded and successfully recovered the released material from the drain. Following a visual inspection, it was confirmed that the coolant did not flow beyond the storm drain.
