Orignal Description:Per NRC Report: Caller is reporting that a flange inside an evaporator failed and caused a release of ammonia into the air. The release is secured. Remedial Actions: Once the alarms went off they evacuated the area, and a technician went in and shut down the compressor. Evacuation is over.
