DESCRIPTION: | Per the Reporting Party: A third party vehicle (semi truck and trailer) on private property struck an overhead power line causing a utility pole to come down along with the attached pole mounted transformer damaging it and releasing the material onto the asphalt parking lot and some nearby soil. No storm drains or waterways were impacted. The release has been stopped. The spill is contained on the asphalt and the area has been cordoned off to prevent further vehicle traffic. A contractor is being contacted to respond for clean up. There were no fires or injuries associated with this incident. | ||
