g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, Freight Train CWELB9 of the 10th had 37 rail cars carrying coal derail due to a possible bad track. 10 cars are on their side and the remaining are all upright. The incident has caused a release of coal which has been stopped and contained. Mainline operations are suspended with no ETA at this time. UPRR personnel and Hazmat are en route for further investigation and will provide updates.
