Orignal Description:RP advised that the operation people noticed a leak around 0900 this morning. The release was onto soil, no waterways were affected. It unknown what caused the release.

SITUATION UPDATE:
RP advised that this spill reactivated, releasing an additional 0.12 barrels of Crude Oil and 0.88 barrels of Produced Water. No waterways were affected, RP is calling this in as a courtesy per DOGGR's request.
