Orignal Description:Per the reporting party: An overflow occurred from a rooftop cooling tower due to a broken valve. The water is treated with NALCO-4710. The water was discovered at 1148 hours on 08/01/2024, approximately 24 hours following the initial release time. The water entered a nearby storm drain which leads to Coyote Creek, which is a protected water source. Clean Harbors has been contracted to conduct cleanup and removal of the material from the storm drain system.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per reporting party, the initial report indicating that the water was being treated with NALCO-4710 is incorrect. The water is actually being treated with three products: 3DTS88, 7346TAB, and Solid Bionix.
