DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party: There was a nuclear density gauge that was stolen containing 10 millicuries of Cesium-137 and 50 millicuries of Americium-241, both are sealed nuclear sources inside the density gauge. The gauge was stolen from storage unit (B004) at an unknown time between 04/13/24 - 04/14/24, but was discovered missing 1541 hours on 04/15/24 . A worker went to the storage area and found the door kicked in and the gauge missing. There was no release of any material. No injuries, fires, or evacuations reported. Local law enforcement are en route to investigate. Please see confidential for serial number.
