DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, due to a blockage in a 2-inch flex hose leading to an onsite manhole (secondary containment unit) resulted in an overflow, causing the release of approximately 50 gallons of leachate onto concrete and soil. No release material impacted any waterways. The release has been stopped and contained, and the reporting party has managed the cleanup efforts.
