g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting party states he received a report from employee on site of a leak from a flow line off of an oil well head (ESP, electrical submersible pump) - Oil well #HTM071. He is in route to the site to investigate; he suspects quantity is around 1 barrel of Oil that is mixed with water. The well has been shut off; the leak has been stopped and contained. Oil leaked into dirt / asphalt area; it did not go into a storm drain or any type of waterway. The leak has been isolated; a dirt berm has been created around the substance. RP says he will also be contacting NRC.
