g. DESCRIPTION: The driver of a UPRR pickup truck parked the vehicle near a railway track in the designated rail yard and then left the area. Later, an approaching train collided with and caused damage to the unoccupied truck. There were no hazardous materials released, and no derailments occurred as a result of the incident. A Manager of Train Operations has been informed, and an investigation is currently underway. Rail yard operations continued without interruption following the collision.
