g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, Due to natural weather half of a transformer pole broke off causing a release of 10 gallons of transformer insulating oil. The release impacted the ground and went to a irrigation cannel that has storm water inside. The release has been stopped and contained. A contractor the PG&E is onscene conducting clean up procedures.

Per NRC: caller is reporting the spill of ten gallons of mineral oil from mounted transformers (two) on a pole due to weather conditions. Caller stated it is unknown if the materials contain pcb's at this time. Caller stated the spill reached an irrigation canal ditch.
