Orignal Description:Per the reporting party, during a routine inspection, the reporting party observed a leakage from a force main air relief manhole, resulting in pooling on the surrounding soil and vegetation. The caller estimates that approximately 100,000 gallons of sewage were released. Fortunately, no waterways or storm drains have been affected. The release has been stopped and contained. The responsible party, Goleta West Sanitary District, has deployed crews on-site to manage the cleanup.
