g. DESCRIPTION: Reporting party states that sewage was released out of a maintenance hole due to a root blockage in the main line. The sewage traveled via cement and asphalt into a nearby storm drain. Stopped and contained with sandbags provided by the City of Palos Verdes. 100 of the 300 gallons have been recovered. RP states the street was washed with 500 gallons of fresh water, and contaminated water was removed with a vactor truck.
